Inter’s Slovenian goalkeeper Samir Handanovic stopped by Inter TV to share his thoughts moments before kick-off between Inter and AC Milan in the derby della Madonnina at the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza in Milano’s San Siro district.

The Nerazzurri goalkeeper was asked how Inter will approach the match to which he replied: “In football you have to always remain concentrated, even though it is true that tonight’s match is very special. We know what winning the derby gives you.”

The former Udinese goalkeeper was then asked if he agrees that Inter have not been playing well despite winning whilst AC Milan have won fewer matches than they deserve to given how well they have been playing to which he replied: “They say that but I don’t care too much about that. I concentrate on what I have to do and that’s it. We want to play these matches to measure ourselves against great opponents to see how well we do.”
