Inter legend Sandro Mazzola was interviewed by Lady Radio where he was asked to return to the penalty awarded to the Nerazzurri when they hosted Fiorentina in the Serie A.

Mazzola was asked if he thought the decision to award Inter a penalty was correct to which he replied: “It wasn’t a penalty. I would never have awarded a penalty for the ball that barely touched Vitor Hugo’s fingertips.”

Speaking of Fiorentina, Mazzola was asked about his thoughts on Viola’s Italian international winger Federico Chiesa to which he replied: “I really like Federico, he is one of those players that always does his man. Sometimes I look at him and think about what I would do in that situation but he always leaves me amazed as he always invents a way to get past his opponent.”

“Moreover, he is a player who makes his opponents play with fear, marking him with one man is never enough, you need to double up in order to stop him. If I was an Inter director, I would do anything to bring him to Milano” Mazzola concluded.
