In today’s paper edition of the newspaper, Roma based Corriere dello Sport tries to unravel the last knots before the derby by looking at Inter’s predicted line up and determining who will start on the pitch from the first minute and who will be on the bench.
The Corriere opts to confirm that the right side of the pitch will be covered by D’Ambrosio and Politano and that Roberto Gagliardini will be starting next to Marcelo Brozovic in midfield. Therefor the players that will remain on the bench will be Vecino, Vrsaljko, and Candreva.
Vecino has just returned from a minor injury and will need to be fit and in the best possible condition for the game against Barcelona in the Champions League on Wednesday.
