In all likelihood, Federico Chiesa will be one of the big names of the transfer window next summer. Fiorentina are asking for over 50 million euros with Inter and Juventus being among the most interested club.

Turin based newspaper Tuttosport reports in today’s paper the situation with Chiesa: “The boy who turned 21 on October 25th has a four year contract with Fiorentina, as stated in the renewal that he signed last November. He earns €1.6 million per season, which makes him the highest paid player at the club, followed by Marko Pjaca who earns €1.5 million. The relationship between Fiorentina and Juventus seems to be good as indicated by the transfers of Federico Bernardeschi and Marko Pjaca’s loan move. They will meet towards the end of the season to discuss the possible permanent move of Marko Pjaca which would cost €20 million and the idea of moving Federico Chiesa to Juventus.”

Tuttosport continues stating that: “Chiesa played 10 games this season, scoring 2 goals and registering 4 assists, which is a reason why he is liked so much by Inter and Juve. Chiesa’s move will largely depend on his desire as he is highly in demand. If the player were to move to Inter, he would almost be guaranteed a starting position, but Juventus is Juventus, and nothing compares to having a chance to play with Cristiano Ronaldo.”
