Gabriel ‘Gabigol’ Barbosa’s representatives are at work on trying to figure out what are the best next steps for him to take according to a report from FCInterNews.it.
The Brazilian striker has been on loan with Santos this year and that loan deal is due to expire on December 31. Various reports in Brazil have linked him with a host of top Brazilian sides with Flamengo being quoted as the most recent club to have sparked an interest in him.
However, the report goes on to state that he could make a return to European football with interest from Sporting Lisbon and Sevilla believed to exist. It is not only the Portuguese and Spanish side’s that are interested either with Premier League duo Everton and West Ham also said to be keen on him.
In fact, West Ham have already made initial contact with his representatives to work out if their are margins for a deal to be done.
