Interest is growing in Sampdoria defender Joachim Andersen with Primo Canale reporting that Premier League club Tottenham Hotspur are the latest side to join the list of suitors for him.

The Danish centre back has impressed with his performances under Marco Giampaolo at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris this campaign but as per the report, La Samp have no intention of allowing him to leave the club in the upcoming January transfer window.

Spurs aside, both Inter and Milan as well as Juventus among others have been quoted as being interested in the 22-year-old. Andersen recently also distanced himself from the rumours affirming his commitment to the Blucerchiati cause.

Andersen has made 11 appearances this season across all competitions and asserted himself as one of the best up and coming centre backs in the process. The former FC Twente man has tallied one assist and helped his team in recording six clean sheets.
