Fabio Capello has shared his thoughts and feelings on Inter ahead of tomorrow’s Champions League match with Barcelona.
“Can Inter do it? I hope they can. I want to see what happens when Inter press Barcelona which will not allow them to play. Inter come in to the game from a great moment and have a great personality when playing in the Champions League which can make all the difference,” Capello said in an interview with Italian broadcaster Sky Sport.
Capello then went on to compare the mentality of Inter with that of Napoli, who like Inter were dealt a difficult group stage draw.
“Napoli and Inter understood what they had to do. The Neapolitans changed their mentality with the arrival of Carlo Ancelotti on the bench which gave them their conviction for their strength on the European front. Inter needed to deal with other realities and we will see the real test for them tomorrow.”
