Inter’s Portuguese midfielder Joao Mario has been performing brilliantly recently, especially in the two Serie A matches against Lazio and Genoa.

These great performances have not gone unnoticed by Portuguese national team coach Fernando Santos who has included the former Sporting player for the two upcoming Nations League matches against Italy and Poland on 17th and 20th November respectively.

Joao Mario was thrilled upon hearing the news of his selection to which he sent out the tweet below stating that: “Very happy to represent the national team of all of us.”
