Inter’s medical staff will today examine the conditions of Miranda and Borja Valero today after the pair picked up knocks in Inter’s 4-1 defeat away to Atalanta yesterday according to a report from Gazzetta dello Sport.

The Brazilian took a blow to the head and was forced to be substituted in the second half and will presumably be evaluated for concussion like symptoms to rule that out.

The Spaniard meanwhile burst his nose after being caught by Atalanta’s Papu Gomez and will be evaluated to rule out any fractures.

Should the prognosis come back bad, the saving grace to it all is the fact it is the international break and both players then should not be forced to miss Inter’s first game back against Frosinone on November 24.
