Alessandro Altobelli has hit out at Gazzetta dello Sport for their poor picture selection in an article that celebrated Fabio Quagliarella equalling his 132 Serie A goals.
“I take this opportunity to congratulate Fabio Quagliarella for his 132 goals in Serie A. To the people who wrote to me that the Gazzetta published a picture of me from 1988/89 when I played in Juventus, I honestly do not know what to say, obviously there they are all young journalists who do not know my career or do not know me! How I miss the old Gazzetta,” he posted to his Instagram profile.
