Moussa Sissoko is in high spirits ahead of Tottenham Hotspur’s do or die Champions League match on Wednesday night against Inter off the back of their 3-1 win over London rivals Chelsea at the weekend.

“After the international break we have come back and it is never easy but we have shown a lot of character. We tried to play from the beginning and I think we deserved the three points,” he told Spurs official club website.

“I was very happy and very proud with the performance against Chelsea. A derby match is always special, so we really wanted to do well.

“So, at the moment I am very happy. We are doing well, we are winning games and climbing the table. I hope we continue doing that.”

The 29-year-old Frenchman has made 11 appearances for the north London club this term across all competitions scoring no goals but tallying one assist in the process.
