Just a few days after their latest meeting, Inter’s Brozovic, Perisic, and Vrsaljko find themselves facing Kane, Dier, and Alli again in a sort of repeat of the England vs Croatia game that saw Croatia defeated in the Nations League.
After the Croatians success in the World Cup, it was Gareth Southgate’s turn ton see England beat Croatia as Rome based newspaper Corriere dello Sport highlight in today’s paper, putting particular emphasis on Inter’s three Croatians and their importance during tomorrow’s Champions League game.
According to the report: “Inter go into this game expecting to suffer. Spalletti’s team will have to stand strong and take everything that Tottenham throw at them. Inter might have to focus on the counter attack, utilizing Perisic’s acceleration and ability to change his pace very quickly.”
