Inter’s Italian international full-back Danilio D’Ambrosio stopped by Inter TV to share his thoughts on tonight’s Serie A clash against Roma at the Stadio Olimpico.

D’Ambrosio began by stating that: “We have grown a lot compared to last season as well as the beginning of this season. It is part of the path of development that has occurred since Spalletti has come. Today won’t be esy but we will go for the win.”

“Inter is obliged to win on every pitch, both in Italy and in Europe. We wanted to win at Wembley too, now we will erase what has happened in order to get back to winning ways immediately tonight.”

In conclusion the former Torino player was asked about how Roma will be affected by having so many important players missing: “In this league you cannot underestimate any team, much less Roma. They have great young players with important quality. If they play for Roma it means that they are worthy of playing for Roma.”

Minutes later D’Ambrosio stopped by Sky Sport Italia where he was asked how Inter are affected by losing to Tottenham midweek: “Every match has a story of its own, we are Inter and we have to go for and win the three points.”
