Keita Balde could be preferred to Ivan Perisic in attack when Inter face Roma at the Stadio Olimpico this evening, according to Tuttosport.

The Senegalese forward scored his first two goals for the Nerazzurri last weekend when they beat Frosinone at San Siro, before coming on for the final seven minutes of their Champions League defeat to Tottenham on Wednesday.

And the Turin-based paper believe Luciano Spalletti could reward him for his positive performance by naming him in the starting XI again, with Mauro Icardi and Matteo Politano completing the front three.

Spalletti’s other key selection dilemma is in central midfield, where Joao Mario and Borja Valero are both in contention to replace the injured Radja Nainggolan.

Sime Vrsaljko has been named in the squad after overcoming a thigh injury but Danilo D’Ambrosio is expected to keep his place at right-back.

Probable Inter starting XI (4-3-3): Handanovic; D’Ambrosio, Skriniar, Miranda, Asamoah; Vecino, Brozovic, Joao Mario; Politano, Icardi, Keita.
