Inter are considering Udinese’s Rodrigo de Paul as a potential addition to the team to further strengthen the attack according to a report from Tuttosport.

The Argentine is a player that has long been followed by Inter, since 2013 in fact while he was plying his trade with Racing Club.

Beyond  his technical abilities as a player, Inter manager Luciano Spalletti is intrigued by him due to his versatility on the field. When he arrived in Italy back in 2014, he was a winger capable of playing on either side but since being with Udinese, he has been used in a more central role as an attacking midfielder and on occasion as a second striker.

de Paul could be a real option for Inter come the summer and at just €25 million, he represents a far cheaper option than Federico Chiesa who Inter have also been linked with. Inter are not alone in courting de Paul though with Milan and Napoli also keen on him.
