Danilo D’Ambrosio has stressed the need for Inter to focus upon what they need to do rather than focus on the game between Barcelona and Tottenham.

“The match tomorrow is just as important as the first two played. Without the win over Lazio we would not be at this point and now that we have arrived we want to move forward. We should not be thinking about what is going on at Camp Nou, we must be focused on our game with PSV. If we do not want to have any regrets we have to win without thinking about the other game,” he told Inter TV.

He concluded the interview by discussing the criticism that has been directed toward himself and his teammates in recent weeks in the media.

“We are accustomed to criticism, maybe it comes from those who are afraid that Inter will emerge and get closer to Juventus.”
