With the January transfer market fast approaching, agents begin to make offers and enquiries to try to move their players to the best teams they can, especially if the players are in good form.

According to FCInterNews.it this is the case for the Swiss midfielder Remo Freuler who plays for Atalanta. Freuler was reportedly offered by his entourage to Inter recently. However the Nerazzurri, who have listened to the proposal, have not yet opened contacts or a negotiation.

The Swiss midfielder will therefore extend his contract with Atalanta until 2023 in the meantime. The Bergamo based club can then, in case they are forced to sell their midfielder, count on more strength in the negotiations with the security of a contractual agreement of almost five years between the club and player.

Freuler has made 14 appearances in Serie A this season scoring one goal and getting two assists and has been an ever-present figure in the centre of Atalanta’s midfield.
