As we approach the beginning of the winter transfer market several names are being linked with Inter, some expected and some surprising. In this case, the surprise would be Real Madrid’s Marco Asensio.
As reported by Miguel Angel Diaz, of Cadena Cope, the management of the Nerazzurri as well as those of Paris Saint-Germain amd Liverpool are monitoring the Spanish wingers situation at Real Madrid who are aware of the interest from the aforementioned clubs, but are reluctant to seek negotiations unless the player asks for a move himself.
Asensio may not be living up to his €700 million redemption clause after falling off from the past two seasons, but the winger is still young at only 23 years old and remains a key element in the future for Real Madrid.
At this time there are only reports of monitoring, no formal interest has been made yet by any of the clubs relegating the possibility of a transfer this winter.
