Federal Prosecutor Giuseppe Pecoraro commented on what should have happened during Inter versus Napoli when Kalidou Koulibaly was being subjected to racial abuse.

“For me, Inter-Napoli yesterday should have been suspended for the racist chants towards Koulibaly. In fact the officials were all told by the Federal Prosecutors Office that the Neapolitan team was asking for the game to be stopped,” he told news agency ANSA.

“The decision is not up to us but up to the referee instead. As far as we are concerned, the communication of what happened to the sports judge is under way.”
