Keita Balde went from being Inter’s worst performer in the first half to the best performer in the second half against Empoli in the eyes of Corriere dello Sport.
The Senegalese winger scored the decisive goal in the second half and was rewarded with a 7/10 rating by the Rome based newspaper for his performance against the Azzurri yesterday.
Samir Handanovic, Sime Vrsaljko, Stefan de Vrij, Milan Skriniar, Kwadwo Asamoah and Lautaro Martinez were the next best performers at the Stadio Carlo Castellani as they were given 6.5 ratings.
Radja Nainggolan, Matteo Politano and Mauro Icardi all sufficiently performed with 6/10 ratings while there is room for improvement from Joao Mario and Borja Valero who got 5.5 ratings but even more so for Matias Vecino who got the lowest rating with a 5.
