Along with Milan Skriniar, Miranda is Inter’s most courted defender at the moment.

For weeks there has been strong interest from Brazilian side Flamengo (who are also looking to sign Gabigol), but now FcInterNews are reporting that French giants PSG have made a move for the centre-back.

The Parisian club is looking to strengthen their defensive options and Miranda fits the profile, both in terms of experience and quality.

Not only that, the move would be supported by current PSG captain, Thiago Silva, who knows Miranda well from their time together in the Brazilian national team.

With the arrival of Stefan De Vrij in the summer, Miranda found his position as a first choice centre-back under threat for the first time since joining the club in 2016.

With 10 appearances so far, he has not been excluded completely from the team, but he has made it clear to the club that he would like to play more regularly.

Inter would only be open to a potential move if they could secure an adequate replacement.
