Inter are working on a deal that will see Atalanta defender Gianluca Mancini join the club in the summer according to a report from Gazzetta dello Sport.

Mancini attracted interest from Inter during the summer as well as a host of other Italian clubs such as Juventus and Roma. Interest in his services is believed to not be exclusive to Italy though with clubs from Germany like Borussia Dortmund, Hoffenheim and Hamburg all also understood to be keen on him.

The Milan based newspaper go on to detail that Inter are working ahead of time in the event that a huge offer comes in for star defender Milan Skriniar amid alleged interest from the likes of Manchester United and Barcelona among others..

The 22-year-old is one of the latest talents to have come through at the Bergamo club that has produced the likes of Roberto Gagliardini, Mattia Caldara and Alessandro Bastoni in recent years.
