In an interview with Il Messaggero, Davide Santon’s agent, Claudio Vigorelli, says he is happy with what his client has done since the former Inter full-back joined Roma over the summer.
Viforelli stated that “the balance is positive, I am happy with Monchi ‘s confidence in Davide and the space he has been granted in the squad by Eusebio Di Francesco which has an important history. The operation with Inter for the sale of Radja Nainggolan and the arrivals in Rome of Davide and Nicolò Zaniolo have favoured the Giallorossi.”
Radja Nainggolan was brought to Inter over the summer in a deal that was worth a reported €25 Million plus Davide Santon and Nicolo Zaniolo. Both of the Italian players have featured consistently for Roma since their switch to the capital with Zaniolo even earning a call-up to the senior Italy side in 2018.
Santon made 90 senior league appearances for Inter over his two spells.
