Despite not performing like he has in the past, Inter have refused to give up on the idea of signing Lazio midfielder Sergej Milinkovic-Savic as per a report from Corriere della Sera.

In fact, Inter could even make a move for the Serbian international during this transfer window and will seemingly not face any domestic competition for his signature.

City rivals Milan are keen on him but are held back by Financial Fair Play so therefore can not make a move while Juventus are too focused on agreeing a pre-contract with Aaron Ramsey. In addition to this, Corriere della Sera report that Juventus also intend to make a move to bring Paul Pogba back to the Allianz Stadium in the Summer.

Milinkovic-Savic recently signed a new deal with Lazio through to the end of the 2022/23 season and has made 22 appearances across all competitions this term, scoring three goals and tallying one assist.
