Inter are not the only Italian club interested in signing Vitoria defender Lucas Ribeiro according to a report from Turin based newspaper Tuttosport.

Both Napoli and Roma are also understood to be keen on the 19-year-old centre back who is valued at just €5 million and tipped to be one of the stars in the upcoming South American Under 20 Championship that is set to kick-off in little under two weeks time in Chile.

Ribeiro is not in possession of a European passport which complicates matters for Inter who do not have a non-EU spot available to register him.

This is the same scenario Inter have with Cruzeiro goalkeeper Gabriel Brazao. The report goes on to state that Inter are considering three options in order to sign Brazao during this window. The first option is to leave him at Cruzeiro on loan until the Summer, the second is to loan him to Real Valladolid and take advantage of the Ronaldo connection while the third is to loan him to Chievo Verona.
