Talks between Inter and Flamengo over Gabriel ‘Gabigol’ Barbosa are heating up and an official announcement over a loan move could come in the next few hours according to a report from Corriere dello Sport.

The 22-year-old Brazilian striker will join the Rio de Janeiro based club on a year long loan and they will take on almost his entire €3 million salary, something which was one of the main requests of Inter CEO Beppe Marotta and sporting director Piero Ausilio for any loan move.

These negotiations are allowing the Nerazzurri to establish a good relationship with the Rubro-Negro club who have several players that Inter are said to be keen on signing.

One such player is Reinier Jesus Carvalho, known simply as just Reinier. The 16-year-old attacking midfielder is being tipped for a bright future and is understood to have a €70 million release clause in his contract with the club.
