In the coming days, Inter hierarchy will sit down with Miranda to discuss his future with the club according to a report from Corriere dello Sport.

The Brazilian centre back is understood to be unhappy with his playing time this season as a result of the partnership between Stefan de Vrij and Milan Skriniar and wishes to leave the club to get more game time. He wants to leave during this window and if his wishes are granted, Inter will need to draft in a replacement for him.

Miranda has been with Inter since 2016 and has made over 100 appearances since for the Nerazzurri. He only signed a one year extension through to the end of next season back in October last year although it looks unlikely that he will see that out.

Manchester City’s Eliaquim Mangala is an idea that intrigues Inter’s management while Juventus’ Mehdi Benatia is another idea but a deal for the Moroccan is very complicated for obvious reasons.
