Pierpaolo Bisoli, one of Radja Nainggolan’s managers during his time with Cagliari, has tipped the Inter midfielder to get back to his best after a difficult few months since arriving from Roma.

“Radja is a very particular guy. I saw his qualities [when with him at Cagliari] and I knew he would become one of the best players. Sometimes he goes over the top but I am sure he understands now,” Bisoli, who is currently in charge of Serie B outfit Padova, said in an interview with broadcaster RMC Sport.

“I saw the video of him working out in the evening too and I think he is aware that he put Luciano Spalletti in trouble. Spalletti is someone that he loves very much.

“I am sure that he will get back to being an extraordinary player and while everyone thinks he was a bad signing, I would not label him as such.”
