Despite being well out of the picture at Inter, Antonio Candreva is wanting to remain with the club to regain his place in Luciano Spalletti’s team, this despite interest in his services on the transfer market according to a report from Tuttosport.

The winger has attracted interest from Premier League side West Ham United and Turkish Super Lig outfit Fenerbahce in recent weeks and the report states he will turn down all possibilities of a move away from San Siro.

The Turin based newspaper suggest that Candreva’s reluctance to move could come down to various reasons but perhaps none more so than the recent birth of his son, Raul. Moving his family, particularly during this stage of the season, could therefore prove to be difficult.

This is not the first time this scenario has occurred either. Candreva looked destined to move on to pastures new amid links to Torino and Monaco in the Summer but knocked offers back in favour of staying put at the Nerazzurri.
