Inter have told Flamengo that if they wish to sign Brazilian international central defender Joao Miranda during this transfer window, they will have to pay €10 million, according to Brazilian media outlet Globo Esportes.

According to the report, Flamengo have given up on signing Dedé and have instead set their sights on the Nerazzurri’s central defender, who has been rumored to want to part ways from the club due to lack of first team football.

Given the successful negotiations between the two clubs regarding the loan of Gabriel ‘Gabigol’ Barbosa, which sees that the Brazilian youngster joins Flamengo until the end of Decemeber 2019, the Brazilian top flight club think they have a chance to conclude yet another deal with Inter.

The Nerazzurri are open to letting the former Atletico Madrid man leave but only on their terms, and therefore they have informed that they will need to pay €10 million in order to sign him. This sum is believed to be too much for the Brazilians, but they are reportedly very optimistic in being able to convince Inter to lower their price, by convincing the player to put pressure on the Nerazzurri to let him leave.
