Inter will be able to accelerate in their bid to land Cruzeiro youngster Gabriel Brazao with thanks to some help from Chievo Verona according to a report from Gazzetta dello Sport.

Due to being unable to register him this transfer window due to limitations on the number of non-EU players Serie A clubs can register per season, Inter are to work in unison with the Gialloblu.

As per the report, Chievo no longer deem current number one, 39-year-old Stefano Sorrentino as irreplaceable and Gazzetta believes this is an indirect confirmation about what is happening.

Amid interest from other clubs, namely clubs from the Premier League like Arsenal and Manchester United, Inter are understandably not wishing to waste any time in moving for Brazao. The 18-year-old shot stopper has been likened to former Inter ‘keeper Julio Cesar, who Inter coincidentally also worked with Chievo Verona to bring to the club some 15 odd years ago.
