Inter could make a shock move for Juventus forward Paulo Dybala if Mauro Icardi leaves the Nerazzurri in the summer, according to Tuttosport.

Icardi has yet to extend his contract with Inter which expires in 2021 and is not certain to remain at the club beyond the end of the current season.

New CEO Beppe Marotta was the architect behind Dybala’s move from Palermo to Juventus in 2015 and could look to lure the 25 year-old away from Turin should Maurito depart.

However there are a number of sizable obstacles Inter would need to overcome if they wished to bring the Argentine to San Siro.

“The first obstacle is his price tag,” the Turin-based paper wrote on Friday.

“While it’s true Dybala could be sold in the summer it’s also true Juventus would need a massive offer to start contemplating it, at least €130 million.

“The second obstacle would be Juventus’s reluctance to sell one of their most important and symbolic players to an historic rival like Inter.

“The third obstacle would be the will of the player. Perhaps Dybala would accept a move to Inter, but what’s for certain is that he currently earns €7 million per season.

“If he were to leave Juventus for the money they would request he’d ask for at least €10 million at his new club.

“For Inter, it could actually be more financially viable just to give Icardi what he wants.”
