Miranda’s future with Inter remains uncertain and his agent will be meeting with Inter next week to discuss the Brazilian’s future with the club as per a report from Sky Sport.
Miranda is understood to be seeking a move to another team that will be able to give him more playing time than manager, Luciano Spalletti has granted him, midway through this season at Inter.
Flamengo have expressed the most concrete interest in signing Miranda. Flamengo are no strangers to Inter as they have snatched up Gabigol on a dry loan for the season. That move seemed to be a preemption for Inter to make a move for Flamengo’s young and talented striker, Lincoln.
So far this season, Miranda has only featured in an Inter jersey on 10 occasions. Seven matches have come in Serie A, while the other three have come in Inter’s return to Champions League. Altogether, he has played 799 minutes for Inter this season.
