Udinese’s Rodrigo De Paul Wants To Join Inter

Milano based newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport highlights that Piero Ausilio continues to work on the signing of Rodrigo De Paul.

The work is all being done in the background and the hope is he can be signed this January transfer window and then join the Nerazzurri outright in the summer.

Rodrigo De Paul really likes Inter and Inter want to define the transfer details as soon as possible so as to avoid any possible future bidding wars, meanwhile the Argentinian winger has long given his consent for the transfer to Inter.

De Paul has made 89 league appearances for Udinese since he joined them in 2016 but it is his performances this season that have caught the eye of the Nerazzurri where he has contributed six goals and three assists in 18 games for the Zebrette.

De Paul is still only 24 years old and is predominantly a left winger but he can also play on the right wing or behind the strikers and so would be a useful addition to Spalletti’s attack at Inter.
