Dalbert: “I’ve Worked Hard To Score My First Inter Goal, Thanks To My Teammates & Family”

Dalbert shared his thoughts and feelings about Inter’s comfortable 6-2 win over Serie B side Benevento in the Coppa Italia.

“We know that all teams in Italy have quality and this applies to Benevento too. We were both physically and technically good in approaching the game well and getting this result.

“We are all very happy and we worked hard during the winter break. It is important that Luciano Spalletti can count on everyone when he calls us into question. I felt a bit of fatigue kicking in but I worked a lot during the winter break to make myself ready,” the Brazilian explained in an interview with Inter TV.

Dalbert also netted his first goal for the Nerazzurri and celebrated that moment.

“I have worked hard for this and I thank my teammates and my family.”

He concluded the interview, “Our goal is to do well in each match. Our goal today was to win and get through to the next round, now we have to think about the next game.”
