According to Rome based newspaper Corriere dello Sport, Inter are keeping an eye on Federico Chiesa and preparing an assault to bring him to the black and blue side of San Siro in the summer.

However, to sign Fiorentina’s star player an economic agreement must be found that for the moment looks difficult, and at the time being, the assessments of the transfer fee are €15-20 million apart. The Nerazzurri’s idea is that of inserting Roberto Gagliardini or Yann Karamoh into the deal. The latter is doing well at Bordeaux and will return to Milano, and could be included in an offer in order to bring the total cash cost for Chiesa down.

The 21 year old Federico Chiesa continues to attract serious interest from across Europe with his performances for both Fiorentina and the Italian national team.

He has a total of five goals and five assists in 20 games this season across the league and Coppa Italia and has already made 11 appearances for the Italian national team.
