According to Milano based Gazzetta dello Sport, Samir Handanovic, was the best player for Inter last night against Sassuolo with a rating of 7.5, while Joao Mario, with a rating of 5 was the worst.

In between were all the other Inter players with a similar rating. Skriniar was the next best with 6.5, then a number of players finished with a 6 rating including D’Ambrosio, Vecino, Lautaro and Politano. Then the players given a 5.5 ratings were De Vrij, Asamoah, Brozovic, Perisic andNainggolan with Icardi also putting in a negative performace with a rating of 5.

Inter drew 0-0 at home to Sassuolo yesterday evening as the negative streak against the Neroverdi continued. Inter have won only once in the last eight games against Sassuolo and incredibly this was their first stalemate in the 12th match between the two sides, as the overall record is of seven losses for Inter, one draw and four victories.

This record becomes even more remarkable considering Inter scored 15 goals without reply against Sassuolo in their first three matches.
