Yesterday was a special evening at San Siro, with an empty stadium except for all the children given all the regular fans were missing. Even outside of the San Siro, something was different Milano based Gazzetta dello Sport reports.
According to the report: “An hour before the match, cars were stopping outside of the San Siro. Proof that a lot of parents were leaving their kids at the stadium in order to have the night of their life. No signs of ultràs, in fact, four of them including two of the leaders Marco Piovella and Nino Ciccarelli are in a prison cell in San Vittore, the others just were not around San Siro yesterday.”
“The Baretto, the historic meeting point for the ultràs every Thursday evening were said to be attacked by Napoli fans in an surprise assault. The neon lights of the historic sign, in front of the entrance, there were five empty seats. Inside the restaurant, the owner awaited his clients, knowing this will be a different night than it usually is. Everything seemed to have stopped.”
