Inter Have Doubts About Tonali

Inter could be ready to give up on signing Brescia starlet Sandro Tonali, this according to a report from FCInterNews.it.

Inter like Tonali and have had scouts watch him on numerous occasions throughout the season but still have doubts about whether he is actually ready to join such a big club.

In fact, Inter had a scout watching him at the weekend as he played the entire match as Brescia beat Perugia 2-0 away from home.

The 18-year-old has drawn comparisons to former Inter and Juventus midfielder Andrea Pirlo due to his playing style.

This season he has made 18 appearances for the Serie B outfit for a total of 1586 minutes. In that time the Italian, who has been involved with the senior national team lately, has scored one goal and tallied five assists.

The report goes on to state that Tonali is not Inter’s first target for the midfield and it is Cagliari’s Nicolo Barella who currently sits at the top of their shortlist.
