There is uncertainty when it comes to whether Inter will take up their redemption option on Sime Vrsaljko, so much so that Inter are considering making a move for Napoli’s Elseid Hysaj according to a report from Tuttosport.
Inter must pay €71.5 million to redeem the three players they have options on and while Matteo Politano and Keita Balde’s redemption’s look assured the same can’t be said for Vrsaljko.
Inter chief executive Beppe Marotta and sporting director Piero Ausilio are exploring the full back market with Hysaj currently being the favourite right back with other target Matteo Darmian seemingly set for a move to Juventus.
The Albanian full back, who has been with Napoli since 2015, is understood to be valued at €50 million by the Partenopei and Napoli owner Aurelio De Laurentiis could use negotiations to form a relationship with Inter’s owners Suning.
As for left back, should Dalbert be sold Inter will consider moves for Chelsea’s Emerson Palmieri and Fiorentina’s Cristiano Biraghi.
