Juventus have taken a step forward of the competition in the race to sign Brescia talent Sandro Tonali according to a report from Gazzetta dello Sport.

Juventus had a scout in the stands watching the teen sensation at the weekend as Brescia overcame Perugia 2-0 with the Italian playing the full game.

The report goes on to state however that it is too early to make a move with Brescia owner Massimo Cellino most likely only going to allow Tonali to be sold at the end of the season.

Tonali has attracted interest from a whole host of clubs across Europe with Inter also believed to be among those interested but have not been as decisive as the Bianconeri have.

The 18-year-old central midfielder, who has drawn comparisons to legendary Italian midfielder Andrea Pirlo, has made 18 appearances across all competitions where he has scored one goal and tallied five assists in 1586 minutes of action.
