Inter’s Italian winger Antonio Candreva wont join Parma the club’s Sporting Director Daniele Faggiano told Italian broadcaster SportItalia moments ago.

According to the report, Faggiano was asked about Candreva joining the Gialloblu on his way out from a meeting with the Nerazzurri at the club’s offices in central Milano.

“Candreva is too an important player, he can’t come to us. We are not looking for an attacking winger.” According to FcInterNews this is mainly because the Serie A newcomers cant afford the player’s wages which would see him earn €1,3 million net for the next 6 months.

Should Inter be open to paying part of Candreva’s wages the deal could take off again.
