Inter Vice President Javier Zanetti says he still has a lot to learn to be able to be a good director for the club he told Sky Sport Italia’s transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio.
“The prerequisite is all there to do great work with this club. We are on the right path. I have everything left to learn, Inter requires a great responsibility from you. Today we have a foreign owensership, it is fundamental to be able to transmit the values of this club. Sport is a school of life.”
The former Nerazzurri captain Zanetti, then moved to talk about the racist chants against Napoli’s Kalidou Koulbaly during the Boxing Day clash in the Serie A between Inter and Napoli, believing the club had done the right thing.
“In 2019 these things still happen. We, as a club, launched a very strong campaign to give a very clear message. We have these values.”
