Ivan Perisic’s farewell will only happen at the end of the season and not now as Turin based newspaper Tuttosport reporting that we are nearing the end of the relationship between Perisic and Inter.

The Milanese club already have a name for the future: Udinese’s Rodrigo De Paul: “There was a meeting in the last few days with agent Augustin Jimenez to discuss De Paul’s contract, while it seems as though there is an agreement for Udinese’s €35 million evaluation. There are also talks of Inter offering counterparts in order to reduce the asking price, but we will see if Udinese will be open to any Inter players in the next few months.”

“De Paul can Perisic but they have different technical characteristics. The Argentine is more technical and is more versatile as he can play in a more central role while the Croatian is more physical and more tactical, and has mastered the art of playing on the left wing.”

“Inter are looking to overhaul their wingers in the Summer. Even Candreva has recently expressed through his agent his inability to find space to play, and it looks as though he will stay at Inter for now and will leave during the Summer. Last Summer, Inter offered Candreva to Monaco to be part of the deal for Keita, but Candreva refused.”

“Keita is also another question mark at Inter. The Senegalese international, who is currently injured, has done well in the last few times he has played and the club is happy with his performances on and off the pitch. The problem for Keita is his €34 million redemption fee, but Inter could try to re-discuss the agreement or perhaps offer counterparts like Miranda who was requested recently by Monaco and Dalbert. The only one who should remain is Politano, whose fee is set at €20 million.”

Inter are still open minded about both Karamoh and Chiesa according to the report “Obviously it will not be easy to acquire Chiesa as Fiorentina are requesting over €70 million and there is a long list of clubs that would like his services, but if Fiorentina were open to a sale, Inter will try.”

“It seems that Inter are determined to take steps early on, just like they did for De Paul. Another player they are looking at is PSV’s Steven Bergwijn. Ausilio has already made contact with the player’s entourage. PSV have resisted all offers made during this window from Manchester United and Bayern among others and are asking for a fee around €30-35 million. It will be very difficult for them to keep a hold of the player after this season as it seems that he is destined to leave the club in the Summer. This is why Inter would like to seal the deal early on and it is expected that the two clubs will have further talks next week.”
