Cedric Soares is poised to make his full Inter debut when the Nerazzurri face struggling Bologna on Sunday, according to Gazzetta dello Sport.

The Portuguese right-back arrived last week to replace Sime Vrsaljko for the remainder of the season and played the last 15 minutes of extra-time in Thursday’s Coppa Italia quarter-final against Lazio.

Matias Vecino and Joao Mario are also expected to come into the side, with Luciano Spalletti making three changes from the midweek defeat on penalties.

Danilo D’Ambrosio and Roberto Gagliardini will drop to the bench while Matteo Politano serves the first of his two-game suspension after being sent off against Torino last weekend.

Stefan De Vrij has not recovered from the problem that forced him to miss the Lazio match so Miranda will keep his place at centre-back alongside Milan Skriniar.

Inter’s probable starting XI for Sunday’s match at San Siro is as follows:

INTER (4-2-3-1): Handanovic; Cedric, Miranda, Skriniar, Asamoah; Vecino, Brozovic; Candreva, Nainggolan, Joao Mario; Icardi.
