Wanda Icardi, the outspoken wife/agent of Inter captain Mauro Icardi, spoke on Inter’s current problems in an interview with Tiki Taka.

Since the turn of the year Inter have picked up just one point from nine in league action and have not scored a single goal either. Inter currently sit in third place in the table but have city rivals Milan and Roma breathing right down their neck.

“Inter in crisis? It is something that can happen and something that can be overcome through work. I am sorry that Luciano Spalletti and his work is being spoken about and whether he stays or goes is a decision for the management to make,” she said.

Next she was asked if the arrival of Giuseppe ‘Beppe’ Marotta as club chief executive had anything to do with Inter’s current dilemma.

“Marotta? It is not his fault, he is looking for the best for Inter.”
