Inter manager Luciano Spalletti remained at Inter’s Angelo Moratti Sports Centre training base until late last night according to a report from broadcaster Sky Sport.
From the outside pressure appears to be growing on Spalletti and him staying late is evidence that he is intent on doing everything to turn things round with Inter failing to win any of their league games since the turn of the year.
The report goes on to state that Ivan Perisic also remained at training later than usual as he looks to recover to previous levels after a difficult few months on the pitch.
The 30-year-old Croatian winger has not contributed as much as he has in previous seasons and was subject to interest from Premier League side Arsenal during the January transfer window. This season he has managed just three goals and five assists in nearly 2000 minutes spread across 26 appearances across all competitions.
