Borja Valero is back in training with the rest of his Inter teammates ahead of Thursday’s Europa League round of 16 first leg clash with Rapid Vienna according to a report from broadcaster Sky Sport.

The Nerazzurri midfielder has been sidelined since picking up an injury during the warm-ups before Inter took on Lazio in the Coppa Italia quarter finals earlier this month.

As per the report, the 34-year-old Spaniard trained with the rest of his teammates this morning in view of the match that will take place in Austria’s capital city.

The report goes on to add that Keita Balde is meanwhile continuing to alternate between individual and group work. The Senegalese winger made the squad at the weekend for Inter’s 1-0 win over Parma but was not named in the matchday squad.

Inter manager Luciano Spalletti is hopeful that he will be able to count on both players for the match at the 28,000 capacity Allianz Stadion.
