Roma’s Spanish Sporting Director Monchi could decide to leave the club after only two seasons in charge, and the Giallorossi have added Inter’s Sporting Director Piero Ausilio to their list of possible replacements, Gazzetta dello Sport’s Nicoló Schira reports.

According to the report, Roma could part ways with the former Sevilla Sporting Director at the end of the season, and should that happen the club will take their time to find a suitable replacement.

Ausilio is far from the only name on the list of potential replacements, which according to the report include former Inter and Roma Sporting Director Walter Sabatini, former AC Milan Sporting Director Massimiliano Mirabelli as well as current Fiorentina boss Pantaleo Corvino.

Monchi has not been the success the Giallorossi had hoped when hiring him almost two seasons ago, with the signing of Swedish international goalkeeper Robin Olsen to replace Alisson Becker standing out as a particular big miss.
