Speaking ahead of Thursday nights Europa League tie against Inter, Rapid Vienna manager Dietmar Kuhbauer gave an interview to LaOla TV where he gave his thoughts on where he thinks his team is in its preparation for what is a massive game for the 32 times winners of the Austrian Bundesliga.
“Generally speaking I can be positive. If I had started working with the team in the summer then obviously things would be different, but I have these players at my disposal and I would like to enjoy success with them. I will do everything possible to show that come the Spring that we are ready.”
Kuhbauer then spoke briefly on how he likes his teams to play.
“I like to play with an aggressive style, one that doesn’t allow opposition players to be able to make free runs unmarked. The eleven players on the pitch as well as the those behind them on the bench have to be ready in every moment.”
